Ambrosia Cheese Ball
Cream cheese blended with strawberry fruit spread, ginger, and raisins and rolled in coconut; served with vanilla wafers and gingersnaps.

INGREDIENTS:
- 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Smucker's Fruit & Honey Strawberry Fruit Spread
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup sweetened coconut
- gingersnaps and vanilla wafers
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place cream cheese, fruit spread, and ginger in a medium sized bowl. Blend with a hand mixer until well combined.
- Stir in raisins. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- Spread coconut evenly onto a plate. Remove chilled cheese mixture and gently form into a ball with your hands. Roll cheeseball into coconut pressing it into the cheeseball as much as possible.
- Place on a serving plate with a cheese spreader, gingersnaps, and vanilla wafers. Refrigerate leftovers.
