Crockpot Beef BBQ
Roast beef slow cooked in peppers onion, ketchup, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce and served in Kaiser rolls.

INGREDIENTS:
- 3.5 - 4 lb beef chuck roast
- 1 green pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 20 oz bottle French's Ketchup
- 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- dash of hot sauce
- 10 sesame seed hamburger rolls
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Trim larger pieces of fat off of beef roast and place trimmed beef into the slow cooker. Add in all the other ingredients on top of beef, besides rolls. Cook on low for 8 hours.
- With two forks, shred beef. Using a slotted spoon, place shredded BBQ beef onto rolls. Serve hot!
