To say we are proud of our two little boys is an understatement. They may drive us nutso when left to their own devices here at home, but it amazes us every year how well-behaved and attentive they are in school. It's not that they misbehave badly here at home, it's just that they're brothers and they're very active. Sometimes that is a recipe for disaster when you add a toddler and a Mom trying to get work done into the mix!
Silas and Wesley started back to school last week and this is the first year they are riding the school bus. Earlier this week as they were getting off the bus at the end of the day, the bus driver made it a point to tell me how nicely they listened and followed her directions on the school bus. She said she appreciated it very much because it sets a good example for the rest of the kids. Well, needless to say they earned a treat after school!
