Ingredients
Strawberry Cake
- 1 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
- � cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 1 8.25 oz crushed pineapple (do not drain)
Fluff Frosting
- 1 3.5 oz package vanilla pudding mix
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 12 oz Cool Whip or 1 cup heavy whipped cream, whipped
Instructions
Strawberry Cake
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Combine all cake ingredients in a large bowl. Mix just until combined.
- Pour into prepared baking dish and bake 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Place baking dish on a wire rack and let cake cool completely.,
Fluff Frosting
- Whisk pineapple and pudding mix together until combined.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip or whipped cream until incorporated.
- Spread on cooled cake.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
