Jalapeno Popper Monkey Bread
A savory monkey bread recipe using refrigerated biscuits, sliced jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup La Morena� Sliced Jalapenos, drained and diced small
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 (16 oz) cans refrigerated jumbo biscuits, sliced into quarters
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together butter, jalapenos, and cheddar. Add in quartered biscuit pieces and toss to coat well.
- Place half of dough into a greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle evenly with cubed cream cheese. Place remaining dough on top of cream cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Turn out onto a serving platter and allow bread to cool slightly before serving warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
