Cranberry Ambrosia Salad
A fresh cranberry salad with Cool Whip, cranberries, crushed pineapple, and marshmallows.

INGREDIENTS:
- 12 oz package cranberries
- 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place cranberries in a food processor or blender and process until well chopped.
- Combine cranberries and crushed pineapple. Stir in sugar, cool whip, and marshmallows.
- Cover and refrigerate two hours or overnight. Serve cold.
