THE EASIEST PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM PIZZA LOW CARB - KETO

One thing I refuse to give up is pizza, there are plenty of cheese crust pizza recipes out there, but some times it can be A LOT of cheese, so I wanted to find another option. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tbls olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 6 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cup Organicville pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 28g mini pepperonis


INTRUCTION

  1. Preheat oven to broil and lightly grease a baking sheet
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic and 4 teaspoons of the Italian seasoning together. Brush mixture evenly on the bottoms of each mushroom and place oiled side down onto the baking sheet
