Healthy Banana Pudding {Individually Portioned in Your Favorite Glassware!}

Ingredients

  • 8 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 large banana (or 2 small bananas), sliced
  • � cup fat-free whipped topping, thawed
  • Optional: caramel sauce for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place vanilla wafer cookies in the bottom of your favorite glassware. I like to use small mason jars, so one cookie fits perfectly in the bottom of each. If you prefer a larger dish, you may need 2-3 cookies for each layer.
  2. Top cookie with a layer of vanilla yogurt (approximately 2 tablespoons per layer).
  3. Add a layer of banana slices on top of the yogurt (I use 3 thin slices of banana per layer).
  4. Repeat layers, starting with the cookies again.
