Love tacos? Here’s a super-quick taco pie that all your taco-lovin’ friends and family will love! You’ll love it because it’s quick, easy and requires a small amount of mess in the kitchen. Those low-mess, quick meals are what I like to call, no-fuss. Those are my specialty — wink, wink!
This is also a one dish meal. If you want to be a little healthier you can always serve up this dish with a side salad. If it’s a busy night or day, just go with the one dish meal idea. Hey — this meal is way better than serving your family fast food, right?

Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 jar your favorite salsa
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese (shredded)
- 1 lb ground beef (cooked and drained)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In medium-sized skillet, combine ground beef and taco seasoning and cook according to package directions for traditional taco meat.
- Once cooked, pour a small amount of beef mixture into bottom of a 9x13 baking pan or your favorite baking dish. I use all sizes!
- Place a soft tortilla on top of meat mixture.
- Spread the tortilla with 1/4 cup beef mixture, 1/4 cup salsa and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese. Repeat for each later and then top off the top layer with remaining cheddar cheese as well as the Monterrey Jack Cheese.
- Bake in oven until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
- Garnish with sour cream and cilantro, if desired.
